1.) Are you a legitimate business?
Yes! We are a legitimate business. We have a federal tax identification number along with our Limited Liability Company license. We are also in good standing with the State of Oklahoma, and we renew our business license yearly. We are also affilitated with the Yukon Chamber of Commerce, here, in Yukon, Oklahoma.
2.) What is your store address?
We're an online store, We make everything out of our custom built home studio. We do not have a store at this time, but we hope to have one soon!
3.) I just placed an order. How soon can I expect my items?
We work diligently around the clock. We pride ourselves in a 24-hour turn-a-round time, but we can take up to 5 to 7 business days to get your order shipped. We always email you, if your order has not shipped within 3 business days with a status update. We're a small online business with all items handmade and made-to-order. As soon as you order, we're already getting your USPS label ready, making your item, going to the USPS office, and sending you an automated text message update. We also provide email updates to you via USPS as well. USPS also provides updates about your order with any type of movement such as: 'Arrived, in-transit, or delivered." We always choose ground shipping because it is the cheapest shipping option for our customers. After your item has been shipped, you usually will get your item within 3 business days. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or Maine, your order can take up to two weeks to get to you per USPS. We're always tracking orders via automated text messaging through USPS on our business phone. We are always in the loop about your order.
IMPORTANT: If you have a vendor show or need t-shirts done right away, please email at glitterbboutique@gmail.com. We can give you an estimate of overnight shipping to get them to you asap!
4.) I live in Yukon, Oklahoma. I don't want to pay for shipping! What do I do?
Our business is an online company out of Yukon, Oklahoma. If you're from Yukon, Oklahoma, please use coupon code: Yukon2024. This will bypass shipping, and we will deliver your items to your doorstep for free on Fridays (YUKON ONLY). If you need your items ASAP, please notate this in the comment section at checkout.
5.) Do you do custom t-shirts, DTFs, or UV DTFs?
Yes! Yes we do! Please fill out the form, so that we can help you right away!
6.) Do you do vendor shows?
We are not doing vendor shows at this time.
7.) Can you do an emergency overnight order for a vendor show?
Yes! Yes we can. Please email at glitterbboutique@gmail.com for all emergency overnight orders. We understand, during shows, it can become very crazy. You may forget the little things. Email us as soon as you can on these items with your logo PNG file, shipping address, t-shirt colors, and sizes. We will give you a mock-up of what your logo would look like on a t-shirt along with a quote for overnight shipping via USPS.
8.) I make candles. Can you do labels?
Yes! Yes we can. Please email at glitterbboutique@gmail.com with your PNG logo file. We will email you back with a mock-up of what this would look like on your candle.
9.) I am a tumbler maker. Can you do sticker logos for the bottom of my tumblers?
Yes! Yes we can. Please email at glitterbboutique@gmail.com with your PNG logo file. We will email you back with a mock-up of what this would look like on your tumbler.
10.) Are your UV DTF Vinyl Decals waterproof?
Yes! Yes, they are waterproof. We tested out our product using soapy steaming hot water for 20 minutes to simulate a dishwasher. We also used several items in an attempt to scratch off the sticker which was only successful in using a metal fork scratching hard with a lot of pressure. We have kids! We know that sometimes, you may forget that we recommend to handwash these items only, and may accidentally get washed in the dishwasher. We put our stickers to the test. We also utilize a clear varnish that adds shine to your sticker. This is a gorgeous shine protective waterproof layer. We approve of it!
11.) Can you make Tumbler and T-shirt care stickers?
Yes! Yes, we do! Please see the small business shop. We have a wide range of helpful items for our fellow small businesses! P.S. we created a neck measure for our Boss Babes that do t-shirts. We got you! We get it! Go check this store out!
12.) I am getting married! I am trying to cut costs. Can you do name tag stickers or anything wedding related???
First, CONGRATS!!! YAY!!! Take a deep breath. We got you! Please fill out this form, so we can get an idea of what you need and when you need it by. We will get it on ASAP! We know how important your day is to you, and we want to make it special anyway we can.
13.) What is your actual business hours?
Our official business hours are Monday - Saturday 12PM to 8PM. We are closed on Sundays. Our online store is open 24 hours for you to shop, drink your favorite beverage, and curl up by the fireplace. The best and quickest form of contact is GlitterBBoutique@gmail.com or text 405-434-4741. Due to multiple spam and scam calls, we will not return your call unless you leave a message.
14.) Do you work on holidays?
We are closed on federal holidays. We use this time to celebrate with our family. Should you need an item on a federal holiday, please email at glitterbboutique@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist you. Please anticipate a rush service fee on holidays only. We also provide packaging for your item with our logo and tissue paper. This is perfect for last minute gifts in case you may have accidently overlooked someone this Christmas. This service is available for YUKON, OKLAHOMA ONLY.
15.) Do you give out my personal information to a third party?
We do not give out any of your personal information to a third party. We value our privacy, and we value our customer's privacy as well, like our own. Your personal information is for us to ship your items to you, or send you an email or text message on order updates only! We NEVER SHARE YOUR INFORMATION!! We absolutely hate spam and scam calls. We get it!
16.) Can you make my design, sell, and ship it from your store for me?
Absolutely. We would love to be your distributor for your Tiktok or other social media page. We will set up a web page for you for your customers to purchase for the direct link. Your customers can click on the link then purchase directly from our store. We will be happy to ship your merchandise out for you. We are open for a private discussion on a percentage or fee to do this for you.
17.) Can you print my graphics for me that I draw?
Absolutely. We can print your graphics for a UV Direct-To-Film (DTF) Decal Vinyl Sticker or a Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer. We can do both options. Our transfers provide the opportunity for a cheaper DIY option for small business use. Also, our UV DTFS can be used on multiple items such as invitations, key chains, tumblers, and so much more. Our UV DTF's are even perfect for Libbey Tumblers. We use a varnish that is clear shiny coating over the graphic which makes it waterproof. The options are truly endless.
18.) Do you offer Print-On-Demand for small businesses or influencers?
Absolutely. We would be proud to be your distributor. You bring the traffic, and we will do it all for you. We will create a shopping site with your domain, create your graphics, print, press, and ship for you. This way, you can focus on your small business, and we can do what we love (the art portion). We do take 75% of the profits because our supplies is expensive to maintain with the highest quality. We will send a check or direct deposit to you for 25% on Fridays along with a report via PDF. This way, you can see what you're selling that is selling well. Also, this is great for advertisement purposes.
If you have a strong proven social media follower base, we are willing to offer you two free t-shirts to start with advertisement for us. We will also set up a shop for your customers with a free domain. We ask that you always mention us with each posting on social media advertising Glitter B Boutique LLC is a proud partner with you. This gives us the opportunity to be seen as well as folks to go to your online store. Again, we take care of our people. We print, press, and ship it all out for you. Your shopping site will provide email reciepts and updates to your customers. We also provide automatic text and email updates, when their item has shipped. We go the extra mile in providing USPS email updates about their order, while in transit at no additional cost. We expect the best quality in product and customer care.
